This show is more" Exhibition Dancing" not ordinary "Ballroom Dancing",Anybody whose been to The ALLY PALLY,or its Like will know you could,nt possibly dance like they do in a "Public Ballroom".**M**.

It doesn't say it's going to charity in the small print after the numbers.

This is the stupidity that follows the public being allowed to vote, if they want it to be a dance competition judged on peoples dance ability it should be the pro dance judges only who choose, but to make money the bbc have allowed the public to vote and therefore they vote for personality not for dance ability.
Last year was the same people voted just to get up the judges noses, I have heard on the radio presenters saying all vote for John as a wind up.
It isn't a popularity contest, It's a dancing competition and I agree with Ann in glos and ♥*¨¨*Little White Dove*¨¨*♥ comments above.

I have to admit I really love Strictly - have enjoyed it every year - love the outfits and especially the music and the singers

I too love it and hope they don't drop it, like all those programmes like strictly and the ice skating, mainly because it is good to see people moving out of their comfort zone and doing something different. You only have to watch the training to see how difficult it is. There wouldn't be any point in not having judges who know what they are doing but I think they should change the criteria for voting next time from 'your favourite' to 'the one you think most improved'. Surely everyone is capable of seeing an improvement?

I think he has although a great guy he has taken someone elses place just because of his personality what happened with the public stritly and X factor is supposed to be about the persons real talent not a sob story or personality although that helps but it is about there abiity and talent come on britton vote on talent not on just liking or a sob story xxxx

HI ALL in the real world of dancing comptitions this happens all the time where the teachers judge thier own pupils regardless of the standard .therefore there are offen competitors who make the final which should have gone out in the earlier rounds dancing has always been unfair .and who does craig think he is? the great donny burns would have been a better choice than craig.as for john he should have gone the first week

the BBC know that the general puplic watch for the entertainment value - they are after the high veiwing numbers, hence getting celebrities who can't dance and never will, regardless the amount of time they train. Giving us 50% of the vote also means they are making money from each phone call. So lets not pretend this is purely a dance competition. I do think he was forced off and I do belielive John should stay the course what ever the outcome. Maybe those that normally vote should boycott this weeks vote just to let the BBC know that they exist because of our licence fee.

Little White Dove, says he is having his own programme, I said on another thread, John did this to get a programme of his own, and also to be on this show and that show, and after dinner speaking. Think he has a thick skin, must have, being a political journalist. and there is a method in his madness.

Maz, I agree Cherie should be called back.

I found John very funny, especially when he dragged Kristian across the floor, and Bruno said he looked like Winnie the Poo, but this is not dancing.

Of course as I said in the other thread, could be jealously of other TV programmes getting their people to vote for him to cause the controversy, and BBC deciding not to have another Strictly, which would be a pity, as it is great family entertainment.
