My Mum's favourite boys name was always Paul so i guess that is what i would have been called, not sure of the second name though, they didn't go in for family naming. |

Well, considering my two brother's names - I'm glad I was a girl!! However I was named after my gran's sister who died aged 4, so going on that theory I would have been either Arthur or Edwin - one a brother of grans who died at a few days old, the other one was killed in the war. |

My mum, as my dad was abroad when I was born, only chose 2 names, so mine would have been the same whether female or male |

My parents wanted to call me either Peter or Heather but my Nan decided I was a girl called Susan long before I was born! Everyone was so used to calling the bump Susan that when I was eventually born the name stuck. |
