I have just been speaking to our Joyce on the phone, yes, she does sound poorly and in pain. I have given her a gentle talking to and said she must go back to the hospital if she is no better and she has promised to do so. I also told her that her friends wouldn't want her to be worrying about them instead of herself so she has also promised to concentrate on herself. Not holding much hope out for that one though.

Liz I got up at normal time but was asleep on computer when oh came in to say he was going, he made me go back to bed. I am sure it is the morphine that is knocking me out, and it still doesn't seem to work on the sciatica.
Going back again to bed but taking the phone with me lol.

Jan, thanks for letting us know about our Joyce, and hope she will feel better soon, shame she wouldn't stay in as they might have started looking at her other problems too but hope the medication works and she can get all the right treatment for her various problems. Bet you could have throttled her, being so stubborn lol but you must be used to Joyce's determination by now lol
Please tell her I will be thinking of her, and you, and hope there is better news soon.

Caz, you mustn't feel guilty, Dutch knows how your pain is and you must put yourself first, I wish Joyce would do the same sometimes, her heart is too big for her own good and she has to put her health first now and get well.

thank you ladies have just come back from hospital,they wanted dutch to stay in ,but you all no whats shes like,anyway there have give lots of medcine and we have to ring back at 6.oclock to let them no how she is and if the medercine dosnt work she got to see surgeon as her instines not sure how you spel you ,but there blocked,and shes in quite abit of pain,but as usual she s on about her friends,but at lest she nos she has to go back,she cant eat anything and only drink water,will let you all no how it goes

Jan thanks for letting us know. Poor Joyce is having a lot of problems at the moment isn't she. Hope this isn't a ploy to be at the hospital for her appointment on Monday! Bless you both it must be a worry for you too Jan. Please pass on my best wishes xx

Oh B****r, the phone went earlier and woke me up, it was Joyce saying she was waiting for ambulance, if only I hadn't gone back to bed, sorry Jan I would have been here for her. I didn't listen to message straight away as I wanted painkillers, I feel awful now, hope she will be ok.
