Daughter is stable and home but on strict rest and is off to St Thomas Hospital asap for a scan to check baby and placenta are alright.

Her Lupus has settled a bit and she is in far less pain than she was, which helps with her blood pressure..............she is pleased to have lost her flabby bits and her bump shows more now.

Baby seems really strong and happy, so if she is lucky enough to get to 30 weeks they will put her on steroids to help both her and baby.

One of the solicitors has contacted me and things are moving at last............slowly, but moving:)

I don't think the other one wants to speak to me, but never mind, i can live with that.

Mum is on new medication which has helped her keep calmer and she is eating a bit better at last...............only a couple of mouthfuls each mealtime, but better than she was.

We are risking a weekend away in the New Forest as we really need to re-charge our batteries a bit and poor youngest daughter is so fed up with seeing Mum and Dad all grumpy and cross:(

Mums eye will heal, but it means her mobility is now going, we knew it would, but it's still a bit of a downer:(

I might just bang the solicitors heads together soon.............I have sent off a letter to both of them saying exactly how I feel about it, made me feel a bit less helpless anyway.

Daughter is stable at the moment, so everything crossed it stays that way, she is very optimistic and her husband is a sweetheart:))

I am here briefly.......................I am sorry but yesterday was a really bad day at home and on here, the combination tipped my sense of humour into oblivion:(

Mum had a fall and is nursing the biggest black eye in history and our daughter is fighting Lupus and Pre-eclampsia to try and hang onto her 24 week pregnancy long enough to give the baby a fighting chance of survival.

To cap it all the solicitors dealing with the sale of Mum's house to get her out of the now serious debt to the home are wasting time trying to point score against each other.................each day means her place is in jeapordy and that worries the hell out of me.

Life, right now is a complete mess and I am fed up!!

Apart from that..............everything is wonderful:)

Thanks to everyone for the pm's, I just need a bit of good luck and will bounce back to the usual cheery me.

Oh blimey, just logged on for a bit of light relief and found this thread!

Gawd knows what's happened now, I always seem to miss it - if "miss" is the right word - and log on to the aftermath.

Anyway, I'm adding to this thread to say Kitty, I hope you don't let the perpetrator(s) win.

I only have one gripe with you lol - and that is that your postings are always the voice of reason, and that you put things much more eloquently than I do!
