Aw Ann, that is so kind of him! Would you tell him *thank you* for me please! The others are still doing well.... the wet weather seems to have helped them settle down! Still no wilt... and the one from your dad's garden is really strong and flourishing!

I have bought a sort of creamy/ivory/old goldish blouse which is the colour of the brocade-ie bit of the jacket.... looks good, but needed livening up, so have a coral coloured necklace and earrings, and strict instructions to get a coral nail varnish and matching lippy...... and niece is going to help her mum sort out my hair as well......

This should be good!!

I bought niece a beautiful coral top for her birthday..... she doesn't have anything in that colour, but it looks stunning on her.

And my red shoes, lol......... I love my red shoes!!

Bless him, lol!! You have done well, lol!

The shoes I have bought for the wedding are the same colour as the blouse... reduced to a tenner and a nice wide fit, bought them in Evans....

The red shoes I have bought because I loved them!! I am going to wear them with something purple. ;¬))

It helped that I took the long over jacket with me.... so we were able to match and tone it all in.... I didn't think about it.... my niece did, clever girl, lol She marched me up to my room to get it.... I felt like a five year old lolol

Then she wouldn't let me get a plain black top... well not for the wedding, I have bought one, but it is an everyday one.

Why are 20 year olds so bossy???

We use our laminator mainly for posters. We make little holes in the plastic only outer bit to put the drawing pins in as if you stick pins actually through the laminated poster it lets rain seep in a bit.

I've also laminated games and information sheets for the Guides.

Aren't they great Daff?? LOL ....and they don't get any better.
Every time I see my 28 year old daughter - she brushes my fringe the wrong way!!
At this point, 6 year old grand daughter and I exchange looks of pity!!
Both daughters are likely to marry in the next 2 years and both have insisted they will come with me for the 'mother of the bride' outfit!!
......makes me wonder what in the past has made them distrust my choice!!

..back to the laminator....
I first used one last week. Someone at work wanted about 500 phrases copied (preferably in card) in 12 different colours, cut out and laminated!! Once laminated, the pieces of card/paper (there aren't 12 different colours of card available) then had to be trimmed.
I had less than a week to do it in (as well as all my other work) methinks she had never used a laminator before either, it's not the fastest instrument in the world!!!
