	You can freeze them. Yolks mixed with 1/2 teaspoon of salt to 6 yolks. Marilyn

	Not if you haven't got any whites.Lemon meringue uses yolk for lemon bit and white for meringue bit. You could just make filled dog if you have one.

	Chocolate Ice cream , 1/2 pint milk, 4 oz chocolate, (Plain) 1 teaspoon coffee powder, 2 egg yolks. 4 oz sugar

Member Since: January 2007 Posts: 192 Send Message	tartare Sause beat egg yokes, drizzel oil sowly,(sunflower or olive) still beating untill thick,add about teaspoon white vinigar, salt pepper, now you have Mayo, adde finely chopped parsley small choped Onion, a gerkin if you have one, Voila Tartare, great with fish

	Yes 1/2 pint, GG Chocolate Ice Cream Bring the milk almost to boiling point.Beat the egg yolks and sugar until creamy,and pour on the milk,beating well.Return the mixture to the saucepan and stir over very low heat until the mixture forms a creamy custard. Put the chocolate and coffee powder into a bowl over hot water and heat until melted. Add this chocolate mixture to the custard and cool, stirring occasionally. Whip the cream to soft peaks and fold into the chocolate mixture. Put into a freezing try and beat once half-way a total freezing time of 3 hrs Best of luck GG Marilyn

Member Since: April 2003 Posts: 5,899 Send Message	Custard was yummy - unfortunately freezer couldn't be fixed - still under guarantee though - so am getting a replacement but will have to wait for the chocolate ice cream :-(
