~~~We have all been on holidays..good and bad..But~~
Can you remember the `best` holiday experience..where?..and why?

It could of been when you were younger..or honeymoon..
Think mine was last year in Santorini..as got married there..plus had all my family and best friends there all in one place..~~

Irapetra, Southern most part of Crete, absolutely beautiful, received telegram re birth of niece whilst holidaying there, now mother to 2nd great nephew!

I have heard Crete is beautiful...Will go there one day.
I find Greek people so friendly with a laid back attitude :)

You are so right Opthelia, we are going back to the same resort in Zante for the 3rd time in September the kids love Argassi as it is really lively plus quite if you get my drift.

OOOhhhh hurry up September cant wait now...

Mine was in Nairn in Scotland few years ago, it was so peaceful, tranquil and just beautiful....

Watching the dophins who were so close to us, following us for miles........

Mmmm i wish i was there now........

wow!...dolphins in Scotland?...Again only been to Scotland once..Loch Lomand..scenery is stunning.

I have always loved camping...any one recommend a place to go?..been to North Wales loads of times..

Hi O,Edale in the penines, rural and beautiful, nice little pubs to drop into, just lovely for camping and relaxing........

Another place you always find dolphins in Scotland is Moray Firth, quite away from Loch Lomond but defintley worth a look.....

Would recommend to all; Shimmer luvs history, hotel has own private beach, swimming pools ..., Shimmer spends one day relaxing, walking to nearby town ...., another day visiting historical places, standing in awe of such wonderful historical moments ........

Opthelia, a Greek name, tis beautiful.

Popped into Rhodes for day..really nice city..
you cant go wrong in any of the Greek islands..
I would recommend Santorini..full of history..and spectacular views..

~~~Bit of advice....something we did..we booked hotels and flight separately...We found a great website..called `Hostelbookers`...(look it up)..we saved a fortune doing it this way..(as cut out middleman)
Our first trip to Santorini(before wedding)..we found a great hotel for both of us..for £120...a week..its a site well worth a L@@K!

Just love Italy.Also France.Off to France next week and Lake Garda in September.The Italian Lakes are just so wonderful although the locals are pretty miserable and not terribly welcoming.

the most beautiful place and view for me is on the Vico Rd in Dalkey,Ireland....looks over Killiney Bay.......stunning,

The Bay of Islands, New Zealand.

Getting up in the dark to watch the sun rise, catching a hammerhead shark and releasing it back into the sea afterwards.

Woah what a question! For luxury it has to be Dubai, but Hawaii and Paerl Harbor was pretty special too....
Santorini is beautiful but for the best holiday I have to vote for.....good ole England,Give me a pub overlooking the sea in west Cornwall and I am one happy bunny.
