Tina thanks love it's been a quiet day today as well. I suppose this is the way the abuse bullies work, lull you into a false sense of security and then you say fork and it's the wrong word for the day. Only trouble is you do not know which word is the wrong one until you've said it. Elaine. |

Whippet lady thanks for your concern love, you know it is lovely to have a place where you can unburden yourself and try and make sense of things. Communicating is a way of finding out whether it is me or him because the feedback is not biased. I am going to take the dogs now as it has stopped raining for the moment. Good night to you all and may the Angels watch over us . Elaine. |

Another quiet one Whippet Lady, well as far as abuse goes. I have had my 15year old grandson and his two dogs so am even later getting on line. He was discussing our trip to Japan. He has Aspergers syndrome and is teaching himself Japanese and doing very well with it too. Last week he asked me if I would go to Japan with him in a couple of years time when he has saved up. I said yes, to be asked by your teenage grandson is a rare privelege and a memory for him when I am no longer here. These are the things that have made my marriage worthwhile, my family and lovely grandchildren. I am taking three teenagers away the first week of the school hols plus two dogs it will be great. Elaine. |

Elaine, what a wonderful thing to have your grandson ask you to go with him, and for you to agree. Where are you taking the youngsters in the hols, anywhere where you could meet up with others from here? |

Liz we are going in a caravan in Skegness 0n the 19th of july. OH was supposed to be going with me and the dogs but fate took a hand and he has his eye op two days before and I decided I was going still and was not doing what I normally do and staying to look after him. They are growing now Alexander is 12 Asher is 15, Aynsley and his girl friend are both 16. They went with me last year and we spent very little walked the beach with the 3 dogs found beautiful shells and pebbles, flew kites and window shopped in all the typical seaside shops. I appologised for not giving them a raring time and they all said they enjoyed it. Now I believe them as they want to go again. If anyone is there at the same time let me know and we will meet up. Elaine. |

Oh that will be lovely Elaine, wish I could get there and meet up with you. I think it is great that they want to go with you again, sometimes the simple pleasures of life are as good as spending lots of money. Hope the weather is good for you all. |

i think that poem is powerful,i attend a freedom programme because of a ex partner..it is great and very informative..i will tell them that poem dont delete it..i have just found a cousin on here who runs poppy project and lillth and eaves and i think she is admirable more help should be given to those not yet stong enough to get away and more help for the children who have been subjected to it NOT from social services but someone who wants to keep the family together..good luck to anyone at the hands of a dominator..xx |
