Hi Pink, how are you? Have you been up to as much as our Anne, so I need to catch up? lol
I like going away but do miss the computer and my friends here when I can't get on line. Must be such a nosy old mare eh?

Hi Ann, no, didn't get the chance, and the weather wasn't very good the first week, a lot of rain so just had quick walks round the village, and Hunstanton which is 2 miles up the road by car. I didn't have a timetable at first either, forgot to print one out and the one in the cottage was out of date. Didn't go far at all the first three or four days as plenty of nice walks nearby and the nearest pub restaurant was only 5 mins walk away.
Will get to use it soon I think, with the cost of petrol as it is. Just have to remember not to buy too much when I am bussing so I can carry everything and not shatter myself, and still have a hand to hold on to pull myself up onto the bus lol

Thanks Julie, wish I could afford to rent the cottage for a month or so, but have computer access and no o.h. with me there lol
People in the village and area are friendly and it is such a nice village. and the whole area has lots of trees and shrubbery around, as well as being next to some beautiful beaches and wildlife areas. If anyone wants the address of the cottage site, let me know, it is a super roomy house in its own safe gardens so perfect for families and/or older folk, and lots of things for the children to use, toys and a summer house in the garden too.

Have actually been going to bed before dawn whilst on holiday, usually tucked up around 1am with a good book and no o.h. snoring, we have seperate rooms on holidays lol
Oh well, I am sure I will get back to 'normal' soon lol

Muffy, I didn't, had completely forgotten it but wasn't too sore and had other creams and potions so plastered myself with those.

I am glad the family enjoyed themselves, that is the sort of outing memories are made of and the air and exercise was good for them too. They are lovely children, you are blessed.

Ooops, forgot to say thanks Glenys. Must get some food and finish unpacking.
O.h. off to his son's on Saturday for F. Day so I have a weekend to myself, heaven! lol He wasn't too bad on holiday, and did take me out to dinner three times, went and got fish and chips twice, once the evening we arrived and then on Saturday evening this last weekend too. And he bought me some nice hanging pots and a chocolate peppermint plant from the Norfolk Lavender place near where we were staying so mustn't grumble.

Ouch lol. Hope you had plenty of aftersun!!!.

The girls and OH didn't mind at all Liz.......they had a ball. Little one conked out in the car as we thought she would.......she was exhausted.

Drive home was fine Muffy, thanks. I really caught the sun on Sunday, excuse the pun lol
Was bright red on bits that were in the line of fire, when I got back to the cottage. Sat outside on Monday all after noon and burned some more bits lol
