Mine is now an orange circle with what looks like a wonky exclamation mark in it!! What has and exclamation mark got to do with geneology??

A question mark would be better.

Yes same as me Daff. I looked up train times, ended up with their logo. also had a yahoo logo at one point.

Mine's changed into the letter 'f' in a blue square. I liked the tree better :(

No, it's not the people... they are still the same... the change isn't actually on the pages of GR but on the icons you click on to get you into it!

You know when you go into your favourites, and everything has a little symbol that you click on? Well it's that... and it used to be a dinky little tree (Ancestry is a leaf) but mine has changed to an orange circle with a wonky ! slashed through it.

On my puter, the tree symbol was also on the tab bar, and on the big bar thing at the very top that you c & p your web page links into... mine has the refresh symbol and those backwards and forwards arrow buttons, and now the orange circle.... oh dear, brain really isn't playing today, lol!!

Bet that is clear as mud, lol!!!

For the last couple of days I can't get here through My Favourites, so I can't check.

I keep getting told it doesn't recognise the address....Has worked alright for years previously.

Lol Ann.... I only learnt how to store in favourites a couple of months ago..... I still have to go into Facebook via my e-mail, lol!

Gwyn, I think it is GR playing around again... they have been playing with the colour of the pages, I believe... some people had the new colours and were treated to the various changes whilst the techies were playing with their paint pots... I didn't though... dead jealous, I was, lol!
