I'd contact office of fair trade or contact Citizen's Advice Taff, doesn't sound right. Might be able to advise you over phone or you can get, think 20 mins free with Solicitor. |

No, Shimmi, the records office already told me , they have many complaints from Trading standards, but BMD are not breaking the law just bending it!! |

good idea Doc, i would Taff. What would've happened if you hadn't phoned, that's my question and I'm not saying they do, but another question springs to mind, who else has been affected, perhaps lost money. £25.00 to some is a drop in the ocean, to others it's survival. |
