Mine is Lamé material, I hate the look of it, it makes me feel physically sick if i see it on TV or in the shops, especially if it is on someone and they are moving.
I have no idea why I hate it, I think perhaps it's because it looks similar to water, I have a great fear of deep water, I'd never stand at the edge of a pool or river which I knew was deep or looked deep to me. I couldn't walk over a bridge without feeling sick.

LOL Sue.

Not sure whether this could be called a phobia, but I hate touching oranges and lemons. I have to get someone else to peel them for me. What I dislike is the intense peel smell when the skin is broken, the smell on my hands and the shiny waxy stuff that comes off the peel. I feel sick if I see someone start peeling an orange with their teeth - YUK

I cannot use the same piece of cutlery twice, If I am making tea for say 5 people I will use 5 spoons, if im cooking and stur something as soon as it's sturred I throw it in the washing up bowl & then each time I need to stur I use a clean spoon.

My OH is also scared of slugs. If he comes across one while digging he runs at full speed to the other end of the garden. Why run though, it's not as if they are quick?

Sue, but I always have lots of washing up to do after dinner, usually my cutlery draw is empty....lol

Sue

Sue Report 17 May 2008 23:46

So that's quite a few with water too.

So the next meet will be held on a bridge with balloons, all the foods we hate, Rosie is gonna prep all the cutlery. Slimey beasties will be attacking the salad and we'll have a clown with bobbles made from cotton wool.

Dress code for the day lame (men too)

Wonder of anyone will turn up?

Hate clowns with a passion but not afraid of them just hate them I dont think they are funny at all and I especially hate the head clown - the one that wears all white or silver with a pointed hat he's the worst but again - dont know why.

I cant stand touching real silk, also if someone is filing their nails with an emery board, makes me shiver,(I can do it on my nails though)

As for food, cant stand - any kind of salmon, tinned, fresh or smoked, egg custard, and bread and butter pudding.
