just looking for a Bombay Potato receipe as daughter was given loads of 'spuds' last week and has passed them on to us.

...wonders..... can you blend bombay potatoes.... might cave the sides of head in when trying to suck up through straw :0))))

Anne, I used the seeds, sunflower, linseeds and pumpkin and chopped them before adding to cereal and they were lovely. Best done freshly each time and try not to buy ready chopped ones as they have already lost some goodness. Many cereals already have these seeds in already as does the bread but the linseeds are left whole in those.
Have fun experimenting, only please don't look too slim and elegant in June, I don't want to look like a fat old frump next to you so if you look too good, will have to shout at you from the other end of the room lol
