just a little story-as you may know our friends emigrated end of feb to Oz-

Laddo said the other day

Mum -Rosie is back from Australia
No son , I said, she's not back
Yes she is, he was quite insistant
She's got her washing out on the line!

it was the new people that had moved in bless-

Caz.... it was chucking it down yesterday, lol!! Saw not a thing through the rain! I was so miffed... wanted to stroll along the beach!!

Yep Daff thats how it was over my end of the North West too, the rain was torrential, but very refreshing!!

Befre Little Lynn tells you better put you in the picture.

before we had allotment hubby used gardent to grow veg. When we were clearing it of the parsnips put them in a box ready to use.

Served up roasted parsnips one sunday lunch but they were so bitter and made me feel sick, dandelion roots had got in with the parsnpis and I didnt realise.

leave him to all the digging up of veg now.

lol dawn i planted loads of seeds a few years ago and only got 1 huge parsnip i cooked it for hours and it was still raw so chucked it
