Aww Hayley, you sent me on a trip down memory lane with Rumbelows. I bought a dansette record player from there in ummmmmmm (now that's showing my age lol) on tick - used to go and pay it off monthly.

My first pc was in November 1998 - I went out to buy a pair of boots and came home with a pc!! A tad more expensive but I can't(or maybe don't want to) remember how much.

I first got a Bush Internet box that you plug in the TV in 2001. (Except it wouldnt let me on half the sites I wanted!) Then won a PC and printer in 2004, in a writing comp, I was soooo excited! The kids now have that PC, its in the girls bedroom but not online as I like to see what they're doing but it helps them become computer literate and helps eldest with his homework. We have a pc downstairs which mainly my husband uses (or kids if they want to go online) and I have a laptop as I spend a lot of time online, doing various things. We didnt really need this and could have done without the expense but hubby's work were offering them, on a 'buy now pay over 3 years' scheme. Back in 2001 I didnt think I'd have a laptop!
