i've been sat here waiting for my food shopping to arrive(5pm-7pm).

I saw a van pull up but driver got out and went straight past our house so i thought he'd be back to ours after.....when i go to look out the window the van has gone.....mmm must be another van i'm waiting for....a bit silly but there you go.

5 mins ago my neighbour(2 doors away)comes along and says T have delivered your shopping to us.......sorry but the boys have had some of the shopping(she wasn't in when it was delivered).

i've just phoned to complain but they weren't that bothered.....whats really annoyed me is that i had some headache tablets in the shopping...what if neighbours 6yr old had got to them.

I do all my shopping online and with 4 young kids find it so much easier. I have only had a few problems with T**** but they have always been very good at refunding no questions asked.

And I seem to spend alot less money then I do in store.

Karen
I hope you kicked up a fuss about it.Tell them you expect a good discount, at the very least delivery charge taken off.

Not yet had any on line groceries. DiL does though and finds it saves a lot of time. I prefer to see what I am buying first and check use by dates etc, check the meat looks OK (not that I assume you will have had meat Karen!). Still being retired I have time to shop at leisure.

Ann...no i don't get meat online...i have a fantastic local butcher who delivers and sometimes even cooks it too......lol.

I'm like you i prefer to see what i'm buying but some weeks if i'm busy i'll do it online,

I don't supermarket shop any other way now!

I hate supermarkets and home delivery works for me

But they so shouldn't have delivered it 2 doors away!!
