My daughter Sariah has been moved to Eastbourne Hospital instead of the Birthing Centre in Crowborough. Does anyone know if Eastbourne has a special maternity Unit? I would appreciate your positive thoughts for her. Thank you. |

Eastbourne has a consultant-led unit, Crowborough has a midwife-led one. |

Thanks Gwen for clarifying that about Eastbourne, she was supposed to be going to Crowborough as they have a birthing pool there. |

She´s gone to Eastbourne cos her blood pressure was dangerously high, contractions every six minutes. I feel so far away... but her OH is with her. Shouldn´t be too long now. |

Hope your daughter can get some sleep now to prepare herself, probably didn't get much rest in the hospital. I had a really tiring day before I went into labour and it made things so much harder. Don't think I ever caught up with that lost sleep lol |
