	Set SMART objectives use managment terms like Johari and Iceberg theories and take the helicopter view and my people will speak to your people that sort of thing and erm blag it

	No BC :¬(( It hasn't... it will turn up somewhere!! I had an excellent photo of Marion and TOR swopping shoes, as well!! I am sure St Anthony will get around to it... and my lovely hubby bought me a new one to replace it, bless him! Now... where were we? Hopes and aspirations? Erm... err... Love Daff xxx
