	I have got to write my PDP..Personal development plan and the mark I get is very important. I had the day off last friday to do it and here is what I have written up to now......

	Sounds like writers constipation ! First make a list of all your wonderful properties {lie if you have to !} all your hopes and ambitions. Then tell yourself you will finish it in one hour....
