As promised, I have designed an on-line interactive keyboard guide to make it easier to work out what the various keys and key combinations do in Windows etc. There may still be a few teething problems with it because I am still checking the coding so please bear with me but it should work on the whole.
Hope it is useful and please let me know if there are any parts that could be improved.
