Have been trying to speak to relations in Canada through MSN can speak to them and can see their video but they can't see me can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong please? |

In MSN or Windows Live Messenger as it is now called, click on Help and then About Messenger and it will tell you which version it is. |

Steve I don't think the set up wizard has a bearing on the other person's ability to see you. It is a localised thing. It is the other person who needs to check their settings, including firewall. |
