	Well done to my niece Rebbeca Addlington, who as this morning made the British team going to Bejing. Rebbeca has broke the British Record for the 400mtr freestyle. Well done Becky. She still has to compete in the 800 later this week. So pleased for Becky Rose

	Stray I'am sooooooooo exited for her and to break the record in the 400 which is not her distance is wonderful, she will be having a bottle of champers on Sunday when the championships have finished in Sheffield. YIPEE WELL DONE BECKS

	Sooooo excited i got it the wrong way round she broke the British record in the heats and the commomwealth in the final. Rose She swims the 800 heats on thursday then if Becks gets through the final is Saturday.

	Hi Budgie I did know about the Brian Clough awards Thankyou if you tap in Rebecca Addlington. You can find her swimming awards and what she has achieved, i know when she did not make the 2006 commonwealth games she was so disappointed. It is so hard for the swimmers if they do not get the times on the day, even if they have had a faster time previously this does not count. I will be watching the local news tonight to see if she is on. Thankyou to all who have given Becks there best wishes Rose
