I may have ha this too.

Kids go on MSN regularly -
Our pop up blocker stopped working a couple of weeks ago and our computer hasn't been the same since.

have done all the usual virus scans but nothing coming up.

blockchecker is a spam site that requires people to open a link to see who has them blocked (it dont work)

Once that is done the site then has access to all your MSN contact

it then sends out a spam invite to all your contacts to do the same as you did

it also puts crap on your hard drive that may monitor your surfing habits so you can be targeted by other spammers

I have never known this to kill a computer as that defeats the object of the programs intent IE as a spam tool, so what happend to your main one i have no idea

you need to run anti spywear checks and change your MSN password asap then email all your contacts and tell them NOT to open anything that appears to come from you and the reason why

Why would anyone give an unknown website their log-in details anyway?
When standing at the bus stop do you turn to the stranger next to you and offer your credit/debit card PIN?
