Can you get hoold of Bonjela (sp?). My daughter useed to suffer a lot with ulcers and although it stung like hell, she used to eat a pack of salt'n'vinegar crisps or have salt and vinegar on her chips. She swore it cured them quicker than anything. I've never suffered with them so I can only go on her recommendation. I think Bonjela is a less painful alternative though. |

Dawn I was going to suggest salt, like Lynn, but as you have so many it might be a bit awkward trying to put salt grains on each ulcer, so maybe a strong solution of salt water would be better as it will reach more of the ulcers. Do you have any Oraldene mouth wash at all as that might help, or one of those teeth mouthwashes. |

I have used salt & water and gargle with it, but it does sting and you may dance around the bathroom for a while, but will help with the healing. |

I'm Type 2 Diabetic. Mouth ulcers can be a frequent problem for diabetics. If you are overweight might be an idea to ask you GP for test to see if you diabetic. |
