We've had roast chicken with roasted spuds, parsnips, swede, butternut squash, carrots and peas plus yorkshire puds and gravy. Followed by strawberry cheesecake and/or chocolate icecream and cream. |

Lamb and all the trimmings on Easter Sunday... we share the cooking.... and on Easter Monday we have bubble and squeak with the left overs... love it!! There should be enough lamb to make a curry, as well, for Tuesday. |

One extra home for weekend - baked large ham yesterday - had ham, eggs and chips - the rest of which there is a lot will slowly disappear over the next few days. Today in the oven roasting as we speak is a large piece of British Beef on the bone. Leftovers probably eaten with homemade chutney and pickles! |
