i went to one still a bit doubtful
but she got my dads personality spot on .
she also told me i n 5 years i would find life much easier , didnt know what she meant .
a couple of weeks later got breast cancer .
5 years later got all clear , but still got doubts .

have been to one in lincoln my dad died 4years ago so suddenly that i felt i did not get to say goodbye to him i was amazed what she told me about him she did not know anything about me as i have not lived here very long .but i do feel you have to go with an open mind sheila was excellent

thank you Sueby doo. the batteries are new. but the answer could be a power surge. I had not thought of that, thanks again

I am a beleiver but also think there are a lot of logical explanations for stuff too. It could be that the batteries in your remote need changing, it could be a power surge in your remote turning it back on, that did actually happen to me, i tested the batteries and they had a little power left in them, but the tv kept coming back on once id turned it off. after new batteries put in, all ok.

ive been to a few but now tend to stay with the one lady whos very good. ive had lots of people come though most i knew but some ive yet to work out.

one thing i find important to to try goin with an open mind because it took me 20 yrs before the person i wonted 2 come through did xx

I have been reading all your post, may I tell you what happens in my house, the TV turns it self on, this has happened quite a few times.so now I allways turn the control away from the TV, but the other morning it still happened. I live alone, but it doesent frighten me. maybe theres a logical explanation, if you know of one,can you let me know

i was cleaning in a ladys house the other day and noticed on the wall a childrens picture which has been made saying "Sheila, the best mum in the world" I had to look again as this was not the householders name. when I lokked it read "Celia, the best mum in the world" I thought it very strange but wrote down what i had seen origionally. when the lady came home, i showed her what i had written down and she smiled. That was the name of her dead mother, her father used to call her the best mum in the world. It seemed the message came through at the right time as it was a few days before mothers day and celia was over the moon.

I've been to see one a few times....the same lady....and she was absolutely spot on!.....may go and see her again sometime this year x

I saw Colin Fry a few months ago. He's very good.
I had a brilliant tarot card reader where I use to live but havent been able to find one down here.

I'm going to see Colin Fry in May. I have an open mind and hope that I feel something.

As promised...

Shortly after arrival at Tamworth Castle and whilst having an introduction to the evening's vigil, the ladies toilet door (it opens off the Great Hall) opened wide without anyone being close to it - a member of the castle staff confirmed that this was not only a regular occurrence but the loo had also refused to let people out from time to time.
In the first room we visited we heard sighing and footsteps as though someone was walking past - the Mediums accompanying us were unable to pick up on anything.
Progressing through the castle we were told that a 'walk through' prior to the events by the Mediums had revealed an extremely nasty spirit energy in the Ferrers Room and was so bad that the room was placed out of bounds for the evening.
On the 'haunted staircase' my torch failed and nothing I did would make it work - when however I had moved away from the area it worked fine again. On arriving home I took the torch to bits and could find nothing that would make it fail - the bulb is in a sealed unit and cant come loose. Another member of the group's torch also failed but in his case the body of the torch became hot to the touch. again it worked okay once we had left the area.
One member of another (we had been split into three smaller groups) team was violently sick - she later reported her clothes being repeatedly tugged. After the conclusion of the vigil she was kept behind by the Mediums who needed to detach a child spirit that had attached to her and was reluctant to leave.
During another vigil in the 'haunted bedroom' we experienced nothing until a heavy tapestry fell from the wall and hit myself and the lady next to me. On closer examination the heavy brass hooks and been almost perfectly straightened out. Surprisingly neither myself or the lady felt alarm or upset and were both overwhealmed by a feeling of peace and happiness.
In another part of the castle and without prompting from me, one of Mediums said that someone had a pain in their shoulder, it was me in fact it was in arm and shoulder - the Medium told us that a spirit named Peter had made contact through me and had died from a wound to his shoulder. At the same time the group experienced excessive fluctuations of temperature. Other spirits that came through were Harry, a priest who was 'waiting to meet the Martins' (not a name that was familiar to the group or is known to be associated with the castle), Alice (the child who had attached herself to the lady) and Tarquin who was not pleased with our presence in the castle. At one point the Medium leading our group said that a lady was trying to connect and asked us to think of a name and on the count of three announce it to the group - without exception everyone came out with the name Elizabeth - again no explanation

I go to the Spiritualist church sometimes and another member off these boards is coming with me next time I go. Got a message on my second visit from my Mum, that was totally true, no one else knew the situation she told me about. I have watched at other 'shows' and been impressed by some of the info, but not lucky enough to have had any more messages.

My nan was a medium and worked at the local spiritualist church. She often told me things i dodnt believe but all came true.

Its all in the book I was helping to research.....but lots happened, if people are interested I will post the narriative on here as I own the copyright anyway...but believe me there was definately something paranormal going on

I have only ever been to see one and she got everything wrong, told me i would have a little boy within three years and here i am 16 years later and still no children, she told me i would go shopping with my mum and buy a pink sweater, my mum had passed away the year before so i wasn't impressed but i have friends who go all the time and they come back happy with what they have been told, guess i went to the wrong one. x

so....Colin .....you can´t leave a sentence like that!!!
