We are off to Javea in June......and I love scallops. I give them one minute on each side in the fry pan and put some grilled streaky bacon round and pin with an orange stick.....on top of a bed of mixed salad leaves with balsamic vinegar......tasty.... |

Me too Karen, The Scallops I was talking about is a restaurant in Javea, it caters for the British, you get a 3 course meal & a bottle of cheap wine for about 10 euros, if you don't drink the wine, you take the bottle away with you! |

I think the coolest restaurants today probably have single names...(or certainly very simple) not that I can think of any off the top of my head. LOL. Something catchy and easily remembered...also something that various languages will easily understand. So, while not too english...also not too spanish. |
