Me too Karen, The Scallops I was talking about is a restaurant in Javea, it caters for the British, you get a 3 course meal & a bottle of cheap wine for about 10 euros, if you don't drink the wine, you take the bottle away with you! |

We are off to Javea in June......and I love scallops. I give them one minute on each side in the fry pan and put some grilled streaky bacon round and pin with an orange stick.....on top of a bed of mixed salad leaves with balsamic vinegar......tasty.... |
