	wasnt aware that specky WAS able to lick his bits, so the vick method would be wasted could do it the way the sheep farmers do it .(docking tails).....a elastic band wound tightly around the dangly bits Bob

	Selena - believe it or not, Specky is her lovely husband!!!! - so in the light of what you have just advised I am falling off the chair laughing at the thought of him licking his stitches. Not laughing at you by the way, how were you to know! That puss is a naughty girl and Specky is a lovely guy, met them both last month

	Not sure what specky is? Our male black lab cost 140 pnds to be done about 4 years ago The vet nurse told me to put vick on his stitches to stop him licking them! Can you get it done by PDSA or similar charity type organisation?
