I have two best freinds each that I have known well over a decade.

One was when I used to be in the Rat Race and we worked stupid hours, sometimes we would be working till the early hours of the morning over 15 hours on some occasions.

We are both the same age and got out at about the same time, when we hot our 30's - she bought a cottage in the country and started her own business and I moved to a lower pace for a few years then to the west country.

We are still close to this day but are such different people from what we where then and have changed together.

My second best freind I met around the same time - I used to work crazy hours and would come home at silly times and need to unwind when the wold was asleep and as she has problems sleeping she would be online to chat too.

We didnt live far apart and met up a few times - which then turned into a regular thing - coffees and shopping. Over a decade on we are still strong and meet up when we can although my moving so far away made shopping and coffee akward - but wee still chat on MSN most nights and on the phone every few weeks or so.

We have both changed a lot on the last ten years but I regard her as strong as my 'real' best mate if that makes sense.

JUST CANT FIND CREDIT CARD

I have never had any bad phone calls or nasty e-mails from my friends. (touch wood) ;-0)

I have made some lovely friends on here.
I do however have a few cyber friends that I really think a lot of.
I do chat and tell them things, and they do the same to me.
I would never ever divulge a confidence, and I hope they would never do it to me either.

I have made friends on here who have just STOPPED e-mailing me.
But what was it Colin's poem said...
A REASON, A SEASON... OR WHAT??

Anyway.
If I have managed to help someone that's fine.

As Rose said... I try to be ME on here.
So if you don't like me... well at least it is me you don't like, not some made up cyber person. ;-0)

I have only made one serious mistake with a cyber frendship, which became a real one.But I have learnt from that.

However, I have made some great friends, ones I hope i will see again and again.

Thankfully it hasnt made me too much of a righteous cynic,

I can only really speak for this site as it was the first site i came on and still the only one i really look at.

I have made two or three hopefully deep and lasting friendships on here , people that I trust with personal details ....I trust them instinctively but also based on what I have read and their behaviour towards others....

There are of course many others on this site that I consider nice to talk to here and that I would also be happy to meet if possible.

I try to always 'be myself' on here and hope that others are also who they appear to be.....

(that said there are one or two I wouldn't trust as far as I could throw them lol)

I have to really think about how to answer this.


I think there are people that play games and lots of people that stab others in the back.

I have had some rough times on here mainly caused by you and have lost many people that I thought true friends and that has hurt, still does as the same thing happened this morning and I am still hurting.

So now its just little old me!!

CYBER STILL NEEDS WORK AS IN ANY FRIENDSHIP
