	Lisa C - she is a lady I support with learning difficulties, since Monday she has been unwell, we done everything we could, but today I had her admitted to hospital, bless her she has pneumonia and really poorly, please think of her, and say a prayer XX thank you XX.

	Lisa C, is such a lovely person, I love her to bits, but she is so poorly, bless her,I really hope she pulls through this XX.

	Yesterday work informed me she was a little worse, not responding to treatment, am waiting for a phone call after staff have visited today, got everything crossedXX.
