i have had a terrible couple of weeks but this morning i got weighed and lost a pound yiiiiiiiiiiippppppppppppppppeeeeeeeeee

Morning all, put a 1lb on this week, looking at my food diary I think bread is my problem, if there was a diet for toast I would have cracked it!! lol.

Well done Tinky! And for those who have gained or stayed the same dont give up!

I have lost 1lb this week but put 3lb on last week! I am only 2lb lighter than I was when we first started doing this! I need to do some exercise, any ideas folks for someone who hates exercise?

hi nikki i dont do much exercise either but have been trying to keep myself busy so i decided to decorate our spare bedroom ( thats how i hurt my neck in first place lol) so i have managed to get that done mayb thats y i managed to lose the pound this week i havent a clue lol

Hi all,

Went to Slimming World yesterday, weighed 2 lb more on their scale than mine, but never mind eh!

Just been to supermarket shopped for next three days sticking to plan 100%, feeling positive, first day back at gym on Monday with a new excersise programme. So next week should be losing at least 2 lbs, hoping a bit more, for a good start, then a 1lb or 2 a week.

i weighted this morning and have put 2lbs on had a bad wek oh away and the chocolate kept creaping out of the cupboard
will walk the dog more next week to make up for it

Have you tried the multi grain or whole grain or seeded bread - I find these more filling & doesn't leave you bloated either.

Well done those who've lost and to those who've gained try to stay positive, we all have our bad weeks (just look at mine last week lol).

I weigh on Monday, I'm hoping to have lost this week but if I haven't then it will be understandable; we've eaten out twice this week due to the upheaval of helping get mum & dad's new house sorted.

I've over done it badly so I'm now feeling like I don't actually really care right now lol.

Hi everyone, not done very well this week been a bit depressed so been eating for england mostly rubbish
havnt got weighed because i know by the fit of my clothes that i must have put some on lol
feel better today just been to see eldest grandson play his first semi professional footabll match so realy cheered me up
will do better from noe on

What is the best time to get weighed? a dietion once
told me just before bed for a true reading,I have always done mornings.

And now the scientist in me wants to start and research the best time to weigh oneself. Maybe when the diet is over I'll do that.
