Jenny i suffer with them but i dont get the tingling i just wake up and theres a blister on my lip. zovirax should work for you , sadly it doesnt work for me :-( |

If yo u put Zovirax on as soon as it tingles the sores may not even develop.. Hope you have a lovely time. /give my love to Lindy |

I've tried perfume when had nothing else, does dry it up a bit, I usually find I get them if out in bright sunshine, or very run down. |

Tea Tree oil also works quite well if you haven't got Zovirax |

Sorry, just got Daughter to pop me up chemist for Zivorax. Have used it before and always found it good if used at the very start. |

I've never had one myself, but my OH does get them when he's run down or stressed! Zovirax works for him, he just hates it though because i won't kiss him lol |
