Those last posts make me feel I cant be that bad. We moved from a 4 bedroom large farmhouse to this bungalow 12 yrs ago, and I still have too much clutter. Bedroom is out of bounds to all except an electrician(the fuse box is in there!) Everything that hasnt a home is in the bottom of my wardrobe or under the bed. Glad to hear there are other houses like mine! Jean

Good morning Jean:o) and everyone else:o))
It would be lovely to meet you really and l'm really not the tirant l have portrayed myself to be recently. You were interested in Symonds Yat before, so it could very easily be arranged, a number of people would pick you up. Have a little think about it.:o)))

My house is a tip at the moment, l'm sorting the store room, l have no spare beds now for visitors, the next lot of boxes will take up the last bit of space in my bedroom and the puter will be going downstairs - then it can be made damp proof etc, another elcetric socket put in, a bench and shelves so that all the rubbish can be moved back in - lol lol
My sister will be later today and she'll say
'l can see you're still sorting'!!!! she's offered to help - ermmm thanks but no thanks!!!! lol bless her:o))

You can visit me any time.

LOL Huia - I'm the same. Just decided I'm a messy begar and they'll have to put up with it!!
However, the engineer came to service the boiler on Monday. I spent the morning clearing up - shoving things under cushions, making a 'walkway' to the airing cupboard (in my bedroom) by lobbing stuff into the spare bedroom and closing the door.
Now I find my friend wants to stay - so I'll have to clear the spare room out - guess where the stuff will go? That's right - back in to my bedroom!!!

I dont get many visitors, but just as well I dont as the place is such a mess. If somebody phones to ask if they can come I have a panic session of throwing things into the spare bedroom. I cant find things for a long time afterwards. I keep promising myself that I will go through all my papers and throw a lot out, or at the very least get them tidied up, but I usually finish up playing on my computer.

Let me know nearer the time and I might not have a hospital appointment. I like to talk but am no longer good at going out, (except to hospitals, which is enforced!) Jude has offered before, but have been unable to take her up on it. Cant all be my OH's fault, can it? Jean
