My grandson did the course became so passionate about cooking he finally went on to become head chef, now he has been head hunted
for a better job as head chef, I do wish your son the very best, and will be interested to hear how he gets on.

Well done to David, now he has learned how to turn the cooker on will he be practising on you Puss? Cooking you nice meals I mean lol
My middle brother trained with Trust House Forte as a chef, but gave it up after a few years as he didn't like the hours, now owns a double glazing factory.

Good news, I hope your boy does well.
My hubby's a chef. Has been since he went to catering college at 16. Hard work and unsociable hours, but he's worked in some fab places.
Now he's a Corporate Executive Chef - in charge of 14 kitchens with 180 chefs!!! He still loves his job!

lol colin when my brother was training he came to my house and we decided to do calimaries omg we did it in the chip pan all the batter fell off and the squid was greasy as hell, but he cooks really good now xx
