I'm not so sure about 1901 Margaret & William now. There are 2 William Aspinalls with mother, Margaret. One born 1876 in Lathom (as per the 1901). The other born 1873/4 in Burscough.

This really is fantastic Ozibird. All this information in one night. Yes, it looks like they did lose their first William - sadly it happened so often didn't it.

Just got this last family - the Lambs before I switched off. Again the names seem to fit in and I see they have a visitor, Catherine Cheatham - I wonder if that's Alice and Henry Cheatham's daughter?

Do you know I've not got any photos of these people, but already I'm conjuring pictures in my head of all of them.

The William, Mary and Stephen family - Stephen was my grandad and as far as we knew was an only child. This always amazed me because most other families on my tree seem to have 3 and more children, although I understand that it could have been for all sorts of reasons.
