1861 Leeds census lookup please

I'm guessing that the name must have been mis-transcribed. Perhaps she is on the census as Cockram or cockeram or something similar. |

great, thank you - looking at what Pamela found above from 1851 an Ann Wilson is mentioned, which is what made me wonder what his gender was. |

Just to say that I have come across instances in the census records of my own family also from the Leeds area where the ages have been 'muddled'. One example is written as 11 months where I know from all my records that the person in question was 11 years old at the time. Another and much more annoying transcription error which I was only able to catch by looking up another of the children who had been living with a maternal grandparent was Orange transcribed as Grange. |
