Hi. I am currently researching my Grandfather (b.1918) and have obtained his birth certificate. The place given for where he was born is 'Belper/Belker(?) Street, Harpurhey'. I've tried to find this on the maps but it doesn't show up. Does this street name ring a bell with anyone? |
