For Poolie Girl.....Phyllis Cartwright (1908) was my Granny and I am helping her daughter, also Phyllis. It's a very long, complicated and involved story!!!...thanks for your reply |

Am laughing...yes...think my Granny liked wedding cake!!!. Phyllis (jnr) had two brothers from my Granny and Grandads marriage (one of them being my Dad) and a brother and sister from Grannies 2nd marriage. All deceased except Phyllis (jnr). Complications started on Grannies death when children were adopted and others put into care. All very young so had little recollection of childhood. Am trying to trace any living relatives of Phyllis jnr who I traced and am now in regular contact with...I said it was complicated!!! |
