Bartlett, nephew, married, 40, actor, born Kiddersly? Carmarthon Shore? Maud E. Bartlett, niece, married, 40, actress, born St. Pancras living at 381 Portobello Rd., Kensington, London-----------if anyone can unravel a Blackwell/ Bartlett marriage I would appreciate it Charles wife name is Ellen Mellor perhaps they are her nices & nephews so it would need a Mellor/Bartlett marriage Thankyou

Perhaps Charles Blackwells sister had a daughter called Maude . Maude and Charles both born in Pancras. So Edward J Bartlett is nephew in law Margaret

This is all getting so interesting now what with actors & actresses The only Maud Blackwell on my tree has no children as yet she was born 1887 and had three husbands Buchan Thompson & Slater-----Her brother George was staying with this family also in 1901 and went on to marry actress Dolly Williams so it all seems connected this That Edward J Bartlett is 40yrs old on that Census ??? Anyone want to see my tree to sort it out ???

Margaret I subscribe to 1837 and have to buy credits to even access the 1901 records, to see if there are any possibles, let alone have a look perhaps someone will find them for us

Crouger you can look on the 1901 census here on Genes without paying.though you can only see the person you search for and his occupation sometimes. You can usully work out if the spouse is in the same area.Try it type Edward Bartlett and it comes up born 1861 occ actor. Just had a look for him. Cant find the children though.

Hello Margaret I can look at Abcestry but when I try to open the 1901 to have a look it tells me to subscribe, I remember a time when I could see more. I do not now if it was a trail period or because I bought a familysoftware packarge from them

I think possibly that Beatrice is listed as Beattie on 1901 census - born in London and lodging in Yorkshire. Henry possibly listed as born in London and lodging in Lancashire. Wish I could find Edward in 1881 or a marriage. Maureen
