Thank you. The second one could be a possibility. Would you mind checking again in East Stonehouse, Devon. He's there in the 1881 but I'm not sure when he moved. Much appreciated.

Hi Nicola, Bit of a long shot this, but have you got a family called Simons living in Trafalgar Row, Stoke Damerel ? I'm looking for John Simons, a plumber or builder whose daugther lived there in 1845. Unfortunately, I don't have a house number. Thanks, Rick.

Nicola I just want to say a huge thank you. I've followed up on the information you gave me and discovered a whole new branch to my tree. You've helped to knock down one of my brick walls. Jo

Hi Nicola, Thanks for that - the older one looks very promising. I've got an Amelia Simons who was born in 1824 with a father called John who was a plumber, so he looks just the right age. Maybe the younger one is even his son - very interesting. Thanks for your help, Rick.

Hi Nicola, The family you found is indeed connected to my Slynns!! George Slynn married twice, his second wife was Elizabeth, hence the 1851 census record! His first wife Sarah must have died beforehand. Was there no entry for Francis George Slynn or possibly Frank Slynn b 1837 Birmingham? Thanks again, Gillian

Hi could I ask for a look up please on : William GLAZE born between 1836 - 1838 Birmingham Warwickshire. ( year has been calculated by 1881/91 and 1901 census) In latter life he is a Jeweller so maybe his father is one too. No other info on him I'm afraid sorry. But hopefully there will be one or two Williams around in 1851 aged 15 to 18 that might be able to assist me. Fingers crossed. Thank you in advance for your kind offer Much Happiness Debi
