Sue Sorry nothing coming up at all. It is possible that Flornece Matilda married twice and therefore Gale is not her maiden name ( Maybe that's why the older children were called Gale) Doesn't the Death cert give her father's name? I suggest that you would need the marriage cert for her and George Edward Smith to see if her maiden name is confirmed and her fathers name. Cheers Michelle
