While this may not be in line with the thread's purpose, I feel I have to say something. I have the feeling that the incident Gary is writing about (in broken English) may be where I was having a massive problem with spam. All of the messages including one by Max, bar one (and I wonder where that one came from???) helped me to find a way round the problem. They came both from the board and direct, and I was extremely appreciative of them. I enjoy TRYING to help, and have also received help in trying to track down those elusive links. And there are a lot more out there who have done far more to further family research via these boards. And how much have I spent, or have those people spent?? Whose business is it but mine or theirs, I am not going to broadcast how much it has cost me, and I am pretty sure that the greater majority feel the same way. Max has tried to help people, and does not deserve snide comments in the public domain. Let her be who she is, someone who tries to help others if she can, and is quite entitled to express her views if required. You most certainly have support Max. Paul |

Hi Max: Please reconsider your decision. There are many, many people on this site who appreciate every single lookup and piece of advice that you give.
