well its a long shot but im tyin to find my dad im katrina bailey and was born in coventry 1974 he was graham bailey guess he would be about 55 now my mum was janine chapelle but is now bailey i assume they were married in coventry, his family lived in cheveral avenue coventry i think his dad may have been called ray.........thats about all i know i heard he could of died but i dont know....any info if poss please.........

Hi Elaine :-) I'm looking for: Samuel J Perriam on the 1901 census. Samuel J Perriam was born 1861 Exmouth, Devon according to the 1871, 1881 ('& 1891 census, WRONG') ... he was unmarried and living with Mum Caroline b 1836 Exmouth and his siblings. Dad was a Master on a Vessell and only appeared on the 1861 census with Caroline. There is a marriage on FreeBMD for a Samuel John R P Perriam - March qtr 1887... this Samuel (b 1865) I already have in my tree ... married to Louisa... he is NOT the one I am looking for :-( There are other Samuel Perriams born in Exmouth between 1860 - 1865 ... mine is 1861. Perriam has MANY mistranscriptions on Ancestry... and one of the branches ended up in Wales. I WILL understand if you don't take this on. !! ... or give up fairly early on !! Elaine :-) I apologise ... Samuel is NOT on 1891 with Mum Caroline ... nb. I have altered this request slightly, since posting. Thanks to several other people contacting me via PM re this request, I have had to make a few changes to the 'origional' !

dear elaine, thanks for your kind offer,could you possibly see if you can find out anything about Frederick William Wodcke born 1893,he married edith kate meehan /wilson in 1919.this marriage ended i think in the 20s or early 30s.can you see if there is a marriage record for frederick and either louise or louisa wilson ,also a death record for louise,also could you find another marriage for fred,dont know wifes name but on freds death cert 1957,his informant was a d l wodcke (widow) any help would be greatly appreciated thanks lesley

Hi Elaine. Thank you for your kind offer. Trying to confirm parents of Henry Thomas Sarge; believe they are John and Mary. H.T. Sarge born 11-Oct-1837, York, England. He arrived in Canada in 1870, and was a pattern maker and wooden ware manufacturer. Henry Thomas' father was possibly born in France around 1785. Thank you very much.

Very kind Elaine I am looking for anything to do with a Hugh Perry Hamilton. I know he was born c.1900 in London. I would be interested to find either a marriage or a death. I know he was living in Sunbury on Thames in 1965. I believe there may be a possible death around 1984.... Many thanks Dawn.....

Thanks for the offer Elaine! I am trying to find John Scroggie born @ 1826 in Northern Ireland. He moved to Scotland (during the potato famine?) where he married Janet Clark in 1849! Unfortunately I can't find what county in Ireland he was born and so my info is rather limited! Thanks in advance for your help Bev x
