No Jess its not just you! If you go to 'view' on tools bar at top of page, then click on text size you can alter the size of the text to suit you. Lib:))

Thank God for that ...I've been going out my mind this last hour ...I thought it was my PC !!!!!!!!!!! I'm going ... I'll be back tomorrow ...I can't cope with the stupid text... too small at mo, and if you enlarge it, makes you feel like a granny ! lol Elaine :-)

It's worse on this board, all the topics are squashed up together. There are still spaces between topics on the tips and general boards. Heather

& the writing starts right under the persons name. Perhaps they are running out of space!!! Penny

Lib-i have to click on the view section,change fro medium text to large but it defaults back to the medium when I change the page.

Of course, while they're b***ering about with things, you could always use accessibility to make sure you see websites at your size text, not their size. In IE do tools, internet options, accessibility and tick 'ignore font sizes specified on web pages'. Then use View, text size to set thing to medium or larger as suits you. It sure does make life a lot simpler. Jools

Alter I have to do the same, but mine dos'ent change back! Perhaps you would be best with a magnifying glass or pair of binoculars lol Lib:))

I was on here at teatime and everything was o.k. Will GR pay for a new pair of specs for me do you think? The writing's just toooo small for me. If I stay on I'll end up with a headache. Kath. x

I'd like to know whats happening too! I cant cope with this. As you say there is still a space between messages on the other boards, this board is a nighmare, all squashed up together and all underlined. It is very difficult to read down the page, CHANGE IT BACK PLEASE or I'll be changing. brenda

you can get rid of the lines by hovering but can't remember how now

go to control panel then internet options then advance scroll down and tick either hover or never. thats what i do on my computer just went through it to make sure. Jeanette

Jeannette, If you do that to make the text size bigger, does it affect the text size on every site you use on the computer or just Genes? Sorry if this sounds stupid, but it's my son's computer and he'll only moan if I mess everything up. Kath. x

Kathleen If I remember correctly from last time, It does effect other sites too. I dont have same problem as you as the pc is mine lol Lib:)) It deffo effects other sites because you are altering your pc settings not GR. PS Im referring to the removing of the lines, not the changing of text size!
