Dont know any first names.I am looking for my mums mum family. She was called Dorothy alice Joan Griffin and was born in 1917.When my mum was born in 1942 this was the address that her mother lived at and she seems to remember it being her grannys house.Im assuming that people didnt move around as much in them days and her granny would still be living thier in 1901.

The Bag Report 5 Nov 2005 20:09

I was happy with warwick, now you've changed it to WARWICKSHIRE! Rugby, warwick and Coventry are miles apart Impossible to look thru them all. People actually moved around More years ago , they didnt own houses the tended to rent them and rented what they needed then moved when they needed or could afford more space

No,But i looked her birth up and it came up with her mothers maiden name

I wish they didn't move much!!!! Would make life finding them so much easier! I think you'll need to get the birth certificate for the 1917 child and with both parents names trace the marriage certificate. They may have only married in 1915 and quite possibly be in another county not just another address. Good luck with your search!
