You could search for their marriages for yourself FREE on Ancestry Here are step by step instructions: Go to this website: http://www(.)ancestry(.)co(.)uk/search/rectype/vital/freebmd/bmd.aspx REMOVE BRACKETS from web address. Assuming that you have found the Ancestry page OK with the 1837 - 1983 BMD Indexes (BETA) on it. Choose Birth Death or Marriage Put in the person's name and likely year of birth, death or marriage. The results show the four quarters and the surname at the beginning of the page and surname at the end of the page, so from this you can estimate if your person's surname is likely to appear on this page. If so, you just click on the image viewing page which has a little blue magnifying glass on a sheet of text icon (at the end of each result). You will then be taken to the page and you will see surnames in alphabetical order. Look for your person. There are plenty of navigation tools to take you forward or back if you are just a page out. Back and Forward Arrows plus magnification. You can also save the image to your PC if you wish to do so. They were born in rye. There parents were aaron and mary weller. Sorry im terrible with all this. No wonder i have problems finding stuff. thanks
