Find Ancestors

My GGGranfather James Bunyan was born in 1806 in Bushey , Hertfordshire He married Susan Halls 1816 but dont know when They had 8 children all seemingly born in Bushey Can someone please give me any advice on how to go about looking for his parents please have never gone this far back before and dont know where to start sue c x
