Joseph Saville died in 1909, and in 1911 his widow and son are at 3 Westmoreland Street.

In 1911, there were 5 different households at 39 Westmoreland Street:

George & Esther Ann Harper and two sons
Walter and Mary Tuff and a son.
Matthew George Slingo, wife and son.
Walter George Savill, with married sister and her children.
John William Hobbs and wife.

As both gave the same address, it was possibly one of 'convenience' to satisfy the residence requirements - or they were both lodging there - hence the name of one of the witnesses
