Tootsy - I've already pointed out that Sarah Horton's parents were from Staffordshire, plus the 1911 I posted shows her mother as Eliza.

Amelia Horton's family were from London so any connection is remote in the extreme.

There's not much point in asking the same question again when clues to point you in the right direction have been posted. :-)

Thomas Godfrey b.1902 married Sarah Horton b.1904----- Thomas Godfrey s parents were George Eurylus Godfrey and Amelia Horton...... Sarah Horton s parents were Thomas S Horton b.1868 and Sarah Allen or Eliza Brookes (not sure which one) ...BUT can anyone find out if the Horton families where related please ...many thanks Sarah Horton b.1904 was 1 of 13 children have found the children but cant find the mother :-{

Help needed on my further research please George Eyralus Godfrey and Amelia Horton. had a son Thomas Godfrey b.1902 he went onto marry Sarah Horton b.1904 .Her parents were Thomas S Horton b. 1868 and (mother I think could be Eliza Brookes)I may have wrong wife! Sarah Horton being 1 of their 13 children...Isabella b.1889, Joseph Henry b.1890,Louise b.1891,Esther b.1892,Thomas b.1893, Lilly b.1894,Ginny b.1896, Edward b.1898, Victor T b.1900, Violet b.1902, Charley W b.1903,Sarah B.1904)married Thomas Godfrey b.1902) Winifred b.1908.. I think 5 children died in their first year or at birth....What I would like to find out is if Amelia Horton is anyway related to Sarahs father Thomas.
